Police arrested Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu yesterday evening at a hospital in Grand Junction, Colo. A warrant was issued for Hsu's arrest after he failed to show up for a court date in a fraud case on Wednesday.

Authorities believe Hsu was traveling on an Amtrak train when he became ill and was taken to the hospital, the New York Times reports. Hsu’s lawyer, James Brosnahan, said on Wednesday he could not locate his client or his passport.
