A dispute between Garrison Keillor and his neighbor doesn’t have a Lake Wobegon ending: The host of A Prairie Home Companion has filed a lawsuit seeking to block a home addition.

Keillor’s suit says the addition to his neighbor’s home in their historic district will “impair or destroy protected historical resources,” the New York Times reports. A mediator has been assigned to the case.

The neighbor, Lori Anderson, told the Times she had told Keillor about her plans but he did not want to look at them. After her initial conversation, Anderson’s plans expanded to include a second floor. Keillor said in a statement he didn’t learn of the expansion until the city of St. Paul, Minn., informed him about it.
