ICC Issues Arrest Warrants for Darfur Crimes

The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for a Sudanese official and a militia leader suspected in Darfur war crimes.
Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo says the warrants underscore the strength of his case, but Sudan indicated it will not hand over either man, the Associated Press reports.
