J-Lo Gets Tell-All Book Banned

An arbitrator has ordered Jennifer Lopez’s first husband to pay her $545,000 for violating a settlement agreement by threatening to publish a tell-all book.
Lopez’s lawyer filed court papers on Monday asking a judge to confirm the award, KNBC.Com reports. Ojani Noa’s book claims Lopez had "multiple duplicitous sexual affairs," including one with the man who became her current husband, Marc Anthony. Noa offered not to publish the book in exchange for $5 million, Lopez alleges.
Arbitrator Richard Chernick awarded $545,000 in damages and directed Noa to give the book and related materials to Lopez or her lawyer.
Chernick said the book violates a 2005 settlement of Noa’s suit against Lopez for firing him as a manager at her restaurant in Pasadena. Noa received a $125,000 settlement and agreed not to disparage Lopez or to disclose private information about their relationship.
