Jenner & Block: Profits Will Rise in 2008

Managing partner Susan Levy of Chicago-based Jenner & Block has predicted her firm will see both revenues and profits rise this year, despite the Wall Street crisis.
Revenues and profits are up so far this year, compared to the same period in 2007, she told partners and associates in separate meetings this week, the National Law Journal reports in an article reprinted in New York Lawyer (reg. req.).
"In light of what's happening on Wall Street and the failure of (law) firms there, I wanted to reassure associates and partners that we're doing well," Levy told the newspaper.
