The actress Jessica Biel will portray a suburban Chicago lawyer in a movie about attorney-client privilege and the defense of a serial killer.

Lawyer Kathleen Zellner says the film will be about killer Larry Eyler’s confessions to 21 murders besides the one that landed him in prison, according to a column that ran in the Aurora Beacon News and the Naperville Sun. Attorney-client privilege prevented Zellner from revealing the confessions until Eyler’s death 18 months later.

The film, Privileged Information, is more akin to Silence of the Lambs, Zellner told the newspaper columnist. "It's not going to be a slasher movie. It's going to be more of a thriller, and suspense," she said.

Zellner practiced in Naperville before moving her offices to Oak Brook.
