The online show of Los Angeles mediator Lee Jay Berman has been picked up by the American General Media radio network.

The show is called “Talk It Over,” and offers advice on conflict resolution and commentary on news items, the Daily Journal (reg. req.) reports. The show will air at 2 a.m. on Sundays on KERI 1180 AM, and may eventually run on other stations.

The show was previously available online through streaming and podcasting. The article calls the show “lively” and said it “features Berman playing the straight man to jocular co-hosts, comedian Louise Palanker and journalist Diane Dimond.”

One recent show offered advice on how airline employees could have diffused the situation when model Naomi Campbell became upset about lost luggage.

In such cases, “the first thing you have to do is not be a threat to them," Berman said. "Then, the next thing you've got to do is talk to them calmly and say, 'I really want to help you, but I'm having trouble understanding exactly what you need.' "

I listen to the internet broadcast every week and have wondered why such an interesting show was not on the radio or television.  I hope it will be on prime time soon.
