Law students interviewing at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges will meet their potential bosses during an all-expenses paid weekend vacation at an upscale ski lodge.

About 40 students will travel to the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah, this October where they will meet with firm leaders, including managing partner John Quinn, the Recorder reports. In peak season, a suite at the lodge goes for as much as $2,000 a night.

In between informational sessions and interviews, there will be time for hot-air balloon rides, hikes and a dinner at the Empire Canyon Lodge.

Quinn said the idea is an experiment. "We stole the idea from an investment bank—I don't think any law firm has tried it," he told the legal publication.
