Lawyer Censured for Misrepresenting Role in ‘Law Firm’

A New Hampshire lawyer has been censured for implying that he was a partner in a small law firm when in fact he simply shared office space with his colleagues.
Craig Salomon implied that he was a partner of "Salomon, Randlett & Bernard" by placing a yellow pages ad that included a photograph of himself and attorneys Arthur Randlett and Nina Bernard under that apparent law firm name, the New Hampshire Supreme Court's Professional Conduct Committee found. It also determined that Salomon improperly used the "law firm" name on his business letterhead, according to an article posted by the Seacoast Online newspaper group.
In addition to being publicly censured in a newspaper notice, Salomon must also pay the costs of investigating and prosecuting the attorney disciplinary matter.
