Lawyer Creates Website for Smart People

Having a hard time finding someone smart enough to be Mr. or Ms. Right? Or are you just looking for friends with whom you can have an intelligent conversation?
A corporate lawyer from Copenhagen, Denmark, says she may have the solution to both problems—a new social networking site for smart people, reports Reuters. Membership is free, but to join, users must first pass an online intelligence test.
"I started it because I thought it was missing from the dating scene and the social networking scene," says founder Trine Jensen, 29.
IntelligentPeople.com now has about 700 members, including lawyers, engineers, teachers, Web developers and students, Jensen says, although she admits it is too early tell how successful the site has been at promoting romance among the smart set.
