Florida trial lawyer Willie Gary has submitted two tapes to a court overseeing a civil suit alleging he raped a woman. The two DVDs show his accuser having sex with his son.

Gary’s lawyer, Michael Pike, says the tapes show the accuser, Jillian Nedd, had sex with Gary’s son Kenneth eight days after the alleged rape occurred at a Best Western motel, report WPBF-TV25 and TCPalm.com. Willie Gary maintains the sex was consensual and the tapes support that claim.

Nedd’s lawyer, Jerome Stone, told WPBF-TV25 that the tapes are an effort to bully and embarrass his client. He says there is no date on the tape and the alleged timeline is wrong.

Gary has also submitted depositions from two witnesses who said Nedd told them she was Willie Gary’s mistress and she would be celebrating Gary’s birthday at a motel. Gary cites the tapes and the depositions in a motion to dismiss the case.

Judge Robert Makemson of Stuart, Fla., has sealed the tapes.

Past news reports have described Gary as a “flamboyant” trial lawyer “who is as noted for his jet-setting lifestyle as his cases against corporate giants.”
