Multitasking Winstead Lawyer Exercises While He Works

Winstead partner Ross Robinson doesn’t go to the gym, but he still manages to work out for almost as many hours as he devotes to work each day.

He does it by walking on a treadmill as he works.

Robinson told the Tex Parte Blog that he walks at a treadmill work station for about 80 percent of his workday. At the slow speed of .7 miles an hour he doesn’t work up a sweat, but he’s managed to lose six to eight pounds in just one month.

“I don’t even think about it. It’s so slow,” he told the blog. “Even at a mile an hour, you are just barely moving your feet.”

His goal is to lose a total of 40 to 50 pounds.
