OJ Simpson Book to be Published

A book by O.J. Simpson that reportedly contains a hypothetical account of how he might have murdered his former wife, Nicole, if he had actually done so, will soon be in bookstores nationwide after all.

Withdrawn from publication last year, following a firestorm of criticism, it has been accepted anew now that all rights are owned by relatives of the two people Simpson is accused of murdering, rather than Simpson's own family, according to Reuters. Simpson was acquitted in 1995 of murdering his former wife and a male companion, but found civilly liable for the crimes in 1997.

As discussed in an earlier ABAJournal.com post, relatives of Ron Goldman, Nicole Simpson's murdered companion, successfully sought the rights to Simpson's book to satisfy a $33 million judgment in the civil case.
