Phil Spector Jury Still Deliberating

The jury in the Phil Spector case is still deliberating, more than two weeks after it began considering a second-degree murder charge against the famed music producer.
The nine-man, three-woman panel asked for a VCR yesterday, but it isn't clear why, reports the Associated Press.
In an unusual move after the jury said it was deadlocked, California Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler agreed last week to revoke a jury instruction that the panel found confusing, as discussed in earlier ABAJournal.com posts.
Spector is accused of having shot Lana Clarkson, 40, in the wee hours of Feb. 3. 2003, in his Los Angeles area home. The defense contends that she shot herself, either accidentally or in a suicide attempt.
