A former publicist and business manager for Michael Jackson is now suing him for $44 million.

It appears that the bulk of the damages that Raymone Bain is claiming in her breach-of-contract case against the singer concern an upcoming London concert tour. According to filings in the Washington, D.C., case, the sold-out tour could earn some $400 million, and Bain says she is entitled to 10 percent under her contract with Jackson, according to the London Times.

A current spokesman for Jackson didn't respond to the newspaper's request for comment.
