Supreme Court Rejects Cases on Pay for Changing Clothes

The U.S. Supreme Court has turned down three cases that asked when employers have to pay workers for changing into and out of work gear.

In one of the cases, Anderson v. Cagle's Inc., workers at Tyson Foods sought to overturn a federal appeals ruling, Dow Jones reports. The decision said the Fair Labor Standards Act did not require payment for the time to don and doff the protective clothing.

The other cases involved nuclear workers and another Tyson ruling.
