Terror Plotter Padilla Sent to Supermax

Jose Padilla, convicted of plotting acts of terrorism on U.S. soil, will do his 17 years at the federal prison in Colorado known as "Supermax" for its restrictive and isolating conditions.
The 37-year-old was transported from Miami to the high-security facility in Florence, Colo., on Thursday, the Associated Press reports.
Padilla's projected release date is 2021, about 13 years, because of good behavior credits.
The AP notes that Padilla joins other notorious convicts at Supermax, including "Unabomber" Theodore Kaczynski, Sept. 11 attacks plotter Zacarias Moussaoui and Eric Rudolph, who was convicted of the 1996 Olympics bombing.

"GOOD BEHAVIOR”??!?
Jose Padilla, aka Abdullah al-Muhajir or Muhajir Abdullah—like all other terrorist plotters—are not capable of displaying “good behavior.”
So what happens in 2021? Will Padilla decide that he loves America and abandon all plans for a dirty bomb? Doubtful.
All the Libs who argue that prison doesn’t rehabilitate should be pushing for a life sentence. Otherwise, 13 years from now, anyone not wearing SPF 5,000 is going to have a really bad day.
So irresponsible.
