Tests reveal no one was sickened with tuberculosis while flying alongside an Atlanta trial lawyer in May.

About 250 passengers from the Atlanta-to-Paris Air France flight were tested, the Associated Press is reporting, citing data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Canadian health officials reportedly made similar findings regarding Andrew Speaker's return flight from Prague, Czech Republic, to Montreal nearly two weeks later.

"I'm relieved that the results came back that way," says Andrew Speaker, in an Atlanta Journal-Constitution article.

Speaker created an international health scare when it was revealed he made the trip despite the urging from health officials not to do so. As a result, Speaker briefly became the first subject of a federal isolation order since 1963.
