Sweden’s third-largest law firm, Lindahl, is set to merge with the Swedish intellectual property and arbitration firm RydinCarlsten.
The Feb. 1 merger will create a 200-lawyer firm that can be a “major player” in big international deals, according to a press release.
"The merger will enable us to develop our skills and capacity in the field of intellectual property, dispute resolution and transactions—areas of growing importance to our clients," said Staffan Eklöw, managing partner of Lindahl's Stockholm office, in the press release.
