A partner at a New York law firm that bills itself as "dedicated to the empowerment of women in the workplace" has been accused of sexually harassing a former client who is now also the former office manager for Tuckner, Sipser, Weinstock & Sipser.

"Lisa Brockington says in court papers that Jack Tuckner asked whether she had three-way sex and asked her other questions about her sex life," reports Newsday.

He is a partner at the firm, which operates the Women's Rights Employment Law Blog.
