Ex-Clinic Director Kyndra Rotunda Sues George Mason for Sexual Harassment

When constitutional law scholar Ron Rotunda and his wife departed George Mason University School of Law last year for new jobs at Chapman University School of Law in California they were "pleased to be leaving," he told the local Washington, D.C., area legal community in an e-mail.

Now his wife, Kyndra Rotunda, is pursuing a sexual harassment claim she filed against George Mason in July, reports the National Law Journal. She had worked for three years as the director of a law school legal assistance clinic for members of the military and had previously herself worked as a military lawyer.
