Charlie Sheen in New Legal Battle: Judge OKs TRO and His Sons Are Taken From His Home

Charlie Sheen was back in the news today after his ex-wife claimed he had threatened her and obtained a temporary restraining order and his two young sons were removed from his California home last night.

“I do not know where my children are, but I am not panicking. This is not about emotions, it is not about ego, it is just about getting very focused,” said Sheen on the Today show this morning.

Although the actor has been seen by many as out of control, after claimed wild behavior that reportedly led to the temporary cancellation of his hit television show, Two and a Half Men, he was composed and reassuring as the boys were taken from his home, according to a video provided by Radar online.

The 45-year-old actor said in an appearance on the Today show this morning that the claims his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, 33, made to a Los Angeles court to obtain the TRO were lies, according to People and Reuters.
