A San Francisco estate planning lawyer is very direct in a billboard advertising her services, and because the placement is in the San Francisco Bay Area, perhaps it’s not surprising that it’s next to another ad for artificial intelligence.

“This is not an AI billboard. Prepare to die,” reads Susanna P. Lichter’s ad, which is near a Trader Joe’s in the city’s Laurel Heights neighborhood.

It also includes the name of her law firm, the Law Office of Susanna P. Lichter Estate Planners.

Next to it is an ad for Framer, an AI web builder. Lichter told the San Francisco Standard that AI ads are everywhere in the city.

“Some people find them dystopian. Others can’t parse them at all. My billboard is saying something that everybody can understand, which is that you’re going to die,” she said.

Her ad went up Sept. 1, and she told the publication that no new clients have mentioned it to her yet.
