Husch Blackwell is merging with the Wisconsin-based litigation and business law firm Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek.

The combined law firm will have 19 offices and more than 700 lawyers, according to a press release and a graphic at Husch Blackwel’s website. The merger will take place on July 1. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the Milwaukee Business Journal have stories.

The combined firm would have had $346 million in annual revenues in 2015, which would put it on the American Lawyer’s list of the nation’s 100 top-grossing law firms.

Whyte Hirschboeck has nearly 150 lawyers and offices in Milwaukee, Madison, Waukesha County and Chicago. The merged law firm will keep the Husch Blackwell name.
