A South Dakota lawyer claims in a lawsuit that a misspelled Yellowbook ad will drive would-be clients away from his law firm.

The half-page ad for Sioux Falls lawyer Manny de Castro reads, “The Trial Lawyer Fighting For Your Justics,” the Argus Leader reports.

De Castro’s suit says he shouldn’t have to pay the $6,780 charge for the ad, and he deserves compensation for humiliation and loss of business, the story says. “All things being equal, when someone looks for a service in the phone book, they’re going to choose the person that knows how to spell,” deCastro told the Argus Leader.
