Accused of harassment by a former client in a civil suit, a Canadian lawyer has now fired back, contending that Alex Chapman breached the terms of a $25,000 settlement agreement in 2003 and has violated his privacy.

Additionally, attorney Jack King also won a ruling yesterday from a Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench judge requiring Chapman to return all “documents, emails and photographs” ever sent to him by King, reports CBC News.

The material to be returned by Chapman includes nude photos of King’s wife, a lawyer who is now a judge, that King admittedly gave to Chapman. However, he says his wife, Lori Douglas, knew nothing of this at the time.

The court order also seeks to preserve potential evidence in the case.

Although King won the injunction he sought, his lawyer, Bill Gange, says he is disappointed that the judge in the case didn’t order the seizure of Chapman’s computer, reports the National Post.

He fears that Chapman “will delete the emails that were sent to people urging them to look at these photos,” says Gange, referring to potential evidence in the case. “My other fear is that tomorrow morning, if you Google Lori Douglas, there will be all these photos on the Internet.”

On his side, Chapman contends that he was treated as “a sex object” by King, who was retained to act as Chapman’s divorce counsel.
