A prolific tweeting Texas Supreme Court justice who appeared on President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court shortlist is among four new nominees to the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The Texas justice, Don Willett, has more than 98,000 followers on Twitter. Some of his tweets have poked fun at Trump, including this one:

Most of Willett’s tweets “consist of witticisms and historical curiosities,” according to Case Western University law professor Jonathan Adler in a post for the Volokh Conspiracy. BuzzFeed News covered the four nominations. The entire slate of new judicial nominees to federal appellate and district courts is here.

Also nominated to the 5th Circuit are former Texas Solicitor General James Ho, a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; U.S. District Judge Kurt Engelhardt of New Orleans; and lawyer Kyle Duncan, former general counsel of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty.

Duncan had represented Hobby Lobby in its challenge to the Affordable Care Act and the Gloucester County, Virginia, school board in a transgender teen’s bathroom lawsuit.
