A Utah woman who pleaded guilty earlier this year to murder in the deaths of six newborns whose bodies were hidden in the garage of her home has been sentenced to as much as life in prison.

In exchange for the plea by Meagan Huntsman, who is now 40, the prosecution agreed to recommend that she serve the sentences concurrently in the 4th District Court case, reports the Salt Lake Tribune.

Huntsman says that a seventh baby she had between Jan. 1, 1996 and Dec. 31, 2006 was stillborn. Its body was found in the garage as well.
