He is founder and president of DirectLaw Inc., a legal services firm specializing in creating legal solutions that serve consumers directly; he also founded MDFamilyLawyer.com, which offers residents in Maryland and Washington D.C., family law forms bundled with legal advice for a fixed price. He is also a partner in EpoqUS, a company founded in the United Kingdom that uses a technology platform to deliver complex legal documents.
