Author: David J. Bilinsky is the practice management adviser and staff lawyer for the Law Society of British Columbia. He is also a fellow in the College of Law Practice Management, which is based in Parker, Colo. He is the author of Amicus Attorney in One Hour for Lawyers and he has contributed to a number of other books: Barristers & Solicitors in Practice; Flying Solo, a Survival Guide for the Solo Lawyer 3rd & 4th editions; Law Office Procedures Manual for Solos and Small Firms, 2nd & 3rd editions; Managing Your Law Firm (CLE-BC) and the Annual Review of Law and Practice (1998-2003) (CLE-BC).
