Harvey Dent was a brilliant, incorruptible prosecutor before a criminal tossed acid on him during a trial. (Yeah, the comic storyline differs from that in the film The Dark Knight.) Though it rendered him half-faced and half-insane, he continues to live on in the comics, struggling with a dual personality.
