“A few weeks ago, due to excessive hours sitting at my desk and stressing about various deals, I ended up at the doctor to learn I have a bulging C5 disc in my back causing significant pain and numbness in one arm. My doctor feels this is due to desk configuration and the hours I spend at it. Consequently, I had to take control of the situation and rigged up my own standing desk. What this says: While the hours and the stress might not go away, I’ll find a way to make it hurt less.”
