Five lawyers who practice with Howrey, the Washington D.C.-headquartered law firm that stated last week it was dissolving, are leaping to the D.C. outposts of other firms.

David Mancini and James Newland Jr., Howrey partners who do construction litigation work, are joining Seyfarth Shaw’s Washington D.C. office, according to a press release from the firm.

Meanwhile, Jacqueline Grise, M.J Moltenbrey and Mark Schechter, Howrey antitrust partners in D.C., are joining Dewey & LeBoeuf, according to a statement the firm released. Antitrust litigator Roxann Henry made the jump from Howrey to Dewey two weeks ago.

Dewey & LeBoeuf also announced today that Robert M. Finkel, a Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy partner in New York, is joining the firm’s corporate department.
