A group of women who believe Anita Hill’s accusations of sexual harassment against then-U.S. Supreme Court justice nominee Clarence Thomas are set to gather tonight in Columbia, S.C., for their 19th annual “We Believe Anita Hill” party.

The women say they feel like lawmakers treated Hill wrongly and vowed never to forget it, the Associated Press reports. Hill accused Thomas of sexual harassment in testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Oct. 11, 1991.

The AP says about 50 women came to the first party in 1992, while 300 are expected to attend this year.

Hill was in the headlines this week as word got out that on Saturday, Oct. 9, Clarence Thomas’ wife, Virginia Thomas, left Hill a voice mail asking Hill to “consider an apology sometime and some full explanation of why you did what you did with my husband.”
