Neil Linden, who heads the business and commercial litigation practice group at Yoss is leading a three-attorney team to another law firm.

Linden, partner Phillippe Deve and associate David Levin will join GrayRobinson’s office in Miami at an undetermined date, reports the Daily Business Review in an article reprinted in New York Lawyer (reg. req.).

“We had a client conflict we could not resolve,” Linden said, explaining why he is leaving Yoss after nine years there. It developed between a large institutional client of his and a new client of the firm, he said.

“Every conflict can’t be overcome,” said Neil Rollnick, who is the partner in charge of the Miami office of Yoss. “I’m just sad that I won’t be practicing with a friend anymore.”

The firm was formerly known as Adorno & Yoss, prior to the suspension of its name partner last year.
