Lewis & Roca Grows With Merger

Phoenix-based Lewis and Roca will merge with a smaller Nevada firm, Beckley Singleton.
The move has been a long time in the making. Merger discussions have been underway since December 2006, the National Law Journal reports.
The 170-lawyer Lewis and Roca will gain 34 lawyers and expertise in gaming and bankruptcy law through the merger, managing partner Ken Van Winkle Jr. told the legal newspaper.
