A Florida real-estate law firm known for its foreclosure practice says it plans to lay off approximately 150 workers and close its title company operation.

However, the Law Offices of Daniel C. Consuegra will continue in business, reports the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

The planned layoffs were announced to the state in a WARN letter required under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification statute.

It isn’t clear from the article when exactly layoffs will take place; whether some have already occurred; or what positions are affected.
