Donald Trump’s choice to be his chief of staff in the White House is a partner on leave from one of the top 200 law firms in the nation.

Reince Priebus has been on leave at Michael Best & Friedrich since 2011, when he became chair of the Republican National Committee, the Am Law Daily reports. He is also a piano player who has won several competitions, according to ABC News.

Priebus attended the University of Miami School of Law and was previously general counsel for the RNC. At Michael Best & Friedrich, he was a member of the litigation and corporate departments and co-chaired the law firm’s public policy group.

Trump announced the appointment on Sunday, along with his decision to name Breitbart News executive Stephen Bannon as his senior counselor and White House strategist.
