4 lawyers exit McCarter & English for Holland & Knight
Three partners and a special counsel have exited McCarter & English for the Boston office of Holland & Knight.
Brian Leary, Diane McDermott and Jeffrey Stoler will all be partners at Holland & Knight; Richard Holtz, who had been at the 400-attorney northeast regional firm only about one year, will be a special counsel at his new BigLaw firm, the Boston Business Journal reports.
Leary and Stoler practice in the business section of Holland & Knight. McDermott and Holtz focus on real estate.
