Poll: Three wishes, three captions—which do you like best?

  • 38.83%
“Speaking of wishes, I wish to pursue a claim for false imprisonment and involuntary servitude!”
  • 30.77%
    "Your writ is my command.”
  • 30.4%
“Oh, great. Do we need to exchange drafts, or are you just going to make the wish?"

ABA Journal readers came up with as many suggested captions as we could wish for, and we chose three. Now it’s your turn to decide on the best one. The caption with the most votes will appear in an upcoming issue of the magazine.

Vote in the cartoon poll for one of the below captions before 12 p.m. CT Thursday, Dec. 29.

• “Oh, great. Do we need to exchange drafts, or are you just going to make the wish?” —Submitted by Dave Ewert of Des Moines, Iowa

• “Speaking of wishes, I wish to pursue a claim for false imprisonment and involuntary servitude!” —Submitted by Joe Young of Cleveland
