A government lawyer in Washington, D.C., has a side gig as a professional matchmaker.

Leora Hoffman works as a civil prosecutor on child protection cases for the Attorney General’s office in Washington, D.C. She also helps lawyers and other professionals find relationships through her personal introduction service, the Washington Post reports.

Hoffman finds clients through presentations to legal groups, professional associations and word of mouth. But she doesn’t consider occupation important when making matches. Instead, she told the Post, she focuses on physical, intellectual and spiritual connections.

Hoffman charges $750 to $7,500 for an annual membership. She acts like an executive recruiter for those paying top dollar, doing extensive searches to find suitable matches, the story says.
