Holder’s Twitter Tales of ‘Scary Dudes’ at Gitmo Written by Prankster

Attorney General Eric Holder’s visit to Guantanamo was not, we repeat, was not chronicled on his own Twitter page.

He did not write: “Back from gitmo lol. They have a McDonalds and a BK and a KFC and surfing. Don't know why anyone would want to leave.” And he did not write: “Some scary dudes in this Gitmo place. May have to ship ’em to China lol.”

But somebody purporting to be Holder wrote those words on a Twitter page embossed with official-looking crests for the Department of Justice, reports The BLT: The Blog of Legal Times.

The tip-off, according to The BLT, was a Tweet about Lindsay Lohan, written before the Gitmo observations.

Made up reports about what a nice place “GITMO” is, and the “scary dudes” who reside there.  Who ever heard of that?
