Scalia Offers Advocacy Advice, Says Marisa Tomei Movie Character Is 'a Killer'
In a question-and-answer session at a book signing session last night, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia offered a few thoughts on making an effective legal presentation.
Among them: be brief, avoid acronyms and learn something about the judge’s likes and dislikes, reports Politico.
During his Chevy Chase, Md., appearance, Scalia also offered some personal information about himself, revealing that his favorite legal movie is My Cousin Vinny, the political blog recounts.
And, the justice added, the character played in the movie by actress Marisa Tomei is “a killer.”
