Securities lawyer William Lerach, sentenced to two years in prison for paying kickbacks to lead plaintiffs, is among the donors who gave money to the William J. Clinton Foundation.

The former president revealed more than 2,900 pages of donors yesterday. The BLT: The Blog of Legal Times noted Lerach’s name was on the list and says he gave between $100,000 and $250,000 to the charity.

More than 200,000 donors have give nearly $500 million to the foundation since its founding in 1997, the Los Angeles Times reports. The foundation has provided health care and worked to promote economic growth in underdeveloped countries.

The names were made public to allay concerns of conflicts posed by the appointment of Hillary Clinton to be secretary of state.
