The London office of Dewey & LeBoeuf won’t be led by a managing partner.

Instead the office will be organized by practice groups, Legal Week reports. The move comes after the law firm—the product of a merger between Dewey Ballantine and LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae—hired a consulting firm to advise it on merger issues.

The lawyers who previously headed the two firms’ London offices, Peter Sharp and Fred Gander, will return to full-time practice.
