An Orlando, Fla., woman who says riding the Tower of Terror relieves the excruciating pain of her abdominal lesions has sued after being barred from all Disney theme parks.

Denise Mooty claims in her suit that the ride at Hollywood Studios helps break up scar tissue that is causing the pain, helping her move more freely, according to CFNews13.com.

Mooty had an annual pass and a guest assistance card, allowing her to access a special entrance and ride the Tower of Terror dozens of times every Saturday, the suit says. However, park employees later restricted Mooty to four rides a visit, took away her pass and ultimately banned her from all Disney property, the suit says. Mooty alleges breach of contract, false arrest and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Disney released a statement saying she had caused a disturbance and used foul language, and her claims are without merit.
