A federal judge in Georgia has warned a lawyer contending in a court filing that President Barack Obama didn’t have the authority to deploy a U.S. Army captain to Iraq because he wasn’t, she claimed, born in the United States, not to make this argument again, reports the Ledger-Enquirer.

The “frivolous” complaint filed by attorney Orly Taitz is long on “unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture” and political rhetoric, but makes “no reliable factual allegations” to support her argument that Obama isn’t legally in office, writes U.S. District Judge Clay Land in an order dismissing the case. “Unlike in ‘Alice in Wonderland,’ simply saying something is so does not make it so.”
