A man dressed as a town crier delivered a cease-and-desist letter
to Minneapolis-based Modist Brewing Co., brewer of Dilly Dilly Mosaic Double IPA. “Dilly dilly” figures prominently in Anheuser-Busch InBev’s commercials for Bud Light.
The crier declared in a theatrical tone that continued use of the phrase “will result with additional scrolls. Then, a formal warning. And finally, a private tour of the pit of misery.”
