A former client facing criminal charges for allegedly threatening to kill a Houston attorney and a local state-court judge after he lost a civil lawsuit has been located and arrested.

Vincent Michael Glorioso, 52, was arrested after he was spotted by law enforcement officers at a Houston electronics business that was under surveillance, Police News reports in a brief breaking story.

He is charged with two counts of felony retaliation, as detailed in an earlier ABAJournal.com post.
