Pursuant to § 6.5 of the ABA Constitution, six Delegates at large to the House of Delegates will be elected at the 2005 Annual Meeting for three-year terms beginning with the adjournment of that meeting and ending with the adjournment of the 2008 Annual Meeting. Amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws

The Constitution and Bylaws of the Ameri­can Bar Association may be amended only at the ABA Annual Meeting upon action of the House of Delegates. The next An­nual Meeting of the House of Delegates will be August 3-9, 2005 in Chicago, Illinois.
